1. Preheat oven to 375°; line rimmed baking pan with parchment paper. Place meatloaf on prepared pan; bake 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160°. Transfer meatloaf to cutting board, tent loosely with foil and let stand 10 minutes; cut into 8 slices.
2. Increase oven to 400°. Cut baguette crosswise into quarters; cut each piece horizontally in half, but do not cut all the way through. Open baguette and place, cut side up, on rimmed baking pan; brush cut sides with oil and bake 10 minutes or until toasted.
3. Fill baguette with marinara sauce, meatloaf and cheese; bake 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
4. Steam broccoli as label directs; serve with subs.
